International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance, which are outside of our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment tracking and for providing any information or documentation required by customs or the courier to ensure successful delivery.
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and, where applicable, must be paid by the recipient prior to delivery. Failure to comply with customs requirements may result in delivery delays, additional charges, or the return of the shipment.
